Focus on auditory regulation! Discover how music tempo, volume changes, and your own voice can encourage moments of stillness and focused listening in your baby. We'll practice gentle verbal interaction techniques. Mothers also explore how to support their child's early development, what is happening in their brain, and methods of their own self-care and self-regulation. Please bring your baby blanket!
