Learn how focused touch and sensory exploration can build calm. We will use various textures (smooth, bumpy, cool) and gentle movements to guide your baby into a state of calm, regulated touch and promote early body awareness. Mothers also explore how to support their child's early development, what is happening in their brain, and methods of their own self-care and self-regulation. Please bring your baby blanket!
