- All rentals are for the use of the shelter and grill only.
- No outside grills are allowed.
- No entertainment will be allowed (including, but not limited to: inflatables, DJs/PA equipment, hired entertainment, pop-up tents, and vendors).
- Alcohol and tobacco products are strictly prohibited on Town-owned property.

* Non-attendance/non-participation in a program does not entitle a participant to a refund.
* 100% refund if the department cancels the athletic league, program, class, facility rental or summer camp.
* 100% refund (minus $5.00 administrative fee) in the following cases:
96 hours before the reservation date of the shelter. If inclement weather occurs the day of the reservation, you may request a future reservation date at no charge.
